These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zoolitz website and the purchase of products from Fed Digital Marketing and E Commerce FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products
All products are 3D-printed collectible figures manufactured in Dubai. Product images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT where required.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery (selected areas).
- Prices may change without notice. The price at time of order confirmation is binding.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
5. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time) on working days (Sunday–Thursday) are dispatched same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order.
6. Delivery
We deliver across the UAE and selected GCC countries. Delivery times and charges are specified at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
7. Surprise Packs
Surprise Pack contents are selected randomly by our team. By purchasing a Surprise Pack, you acknowledge and accept that you cannot choose specific figures. The 1-in-20 rare figure probability is approximate and not guaranteed per individual pack.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product designs, images, brand names, and text — is the intellectual property of Fed Digital Marketing and E Commerce FZE or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Fed Digital Marketing and E Commerce FZE shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Damage caused by misuse of products
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
